Sichuan Haisco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Comprehensive Preparation Workshop Renovation ProjectThe conditions for engineering procurement are now met. We will carry out engineering procurement for this project and announce the relevant matters as follows:

1. Project Overview and Engineering Procurement Scope

(1) Location: Baili Road, Cross-Strait Science Park, Wenjiang District, ChengduNo. 136.

(2) Project Procurement Scope:Decoration, electrical, HVAC, industrial piping, water supply and drainage specialties, etc.

(3)   Project duration: According to the later requirements of the client.

(4) Project procurement scope: Follow the requirements in the project procurement drawings and list provided by Party A.

2. Requirements for the bidder's qualifications

(1) This project procurement requires the bidder to have the qualifications of an independent corporate legal entity.Level 2 or above qualifications for construction decoration and decoration engineering contractingIt must meet the construction requirements of Party A’s project, possess the necessary capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding, and be familiar with the management standards related to construction in the project location.

(2) This project procurement does not accept joint bids or affiliated bids.

(3)   Deadline for quotation registration: starting from the date when the project procurement announcement is published online10 【End】Deadline within the calendar day.

3. This project uses pre-qualification; qualification review is conducted during registration. Engineering procurement documents will be sent to the construction units that pass the qualification review via email.

4. Materials must be submitted for registration:

Power of attorney for legal representative, identification of legal representative and authorized person, business license, qualification certificates, proof of performance in all similar projects within 3 years (construction contracts and acceptance reports), projects in Sichuan-Chuqing region that can be inspected on site, “Quotation Registration Unit Information Form”, financial audit reports for the past 2 years, and details of social security contributions for enterprise staff in the past half year (including individual contributions and payments for the legal representative, authorized person, and project leaders), all of these documents are scanned copies stamped with the official seal.

5. Registration method:

6、Purchase Guarantee Fee

 （1）PurchasingMargin amount: RMB20,000 yuanThe whole thing (must be submitted within 24 hours after passing the pre-qualification)PurchasingThe deposit shall be transferred via bank transfer to the account designated by Party A; 1 after the selected unit is confirmed5The deposit for the unselected bid will be refunded within working days without interest.；

(2) Method of payment for the quotation deposit: bank transfer between companies；

 (3) The deposit for quotes in the following situations will not be refunded:

  1) Within 3 days before the review deadline, if the bidder fails to submit a quote on the deadline without proper reason and in writing to the project purchaser;

2) The supplier abandons the quotation without valid reasons after submitting the quotation document;

3) If the selected candidate fails to sign a contract with the project purchaser without valid reasons within 30 days from the date of issuance of the selection notice;

4) The bidder is confirmed to have engaged in illegal and disciplinary violations such as collusion, bid rigging, matching bids, or impersonation during the bidding process;

5) If the supplier commits a breach or is accused or reported, the deposit will not be refunded during the investigation and handling period, and will be processed according to relevant regulations after the investigation is completed.

7. The selection method for this project: comprehensive evaluation method, selected with reasonable low price

9. Review location: The Party A will notify later.
