The goal of this asphalt road renovation project is to modify the existing water supply and fire protection pipelines beneath the reconstructed road, repair and reinforce the drainage manholes, remove the original road surface and base, and lay a new layer.A 100 mm thick gravel layer, followed by a 300 mm thick cement stabilized layer as the subgrade, with a 4 cm (medium grain) + 3 cm (fine grain) asphalt concrete surface layer laid to improve road smoothness, durability, and safety.

Note: The actual construction scope shall be based on the area designated by Party A and the design drawings.

2. Review of the bidder's qualifications

3. Time, location, and requirements for registration, sale of project procurement documents

1. Registration time and method

Registration begins from the date of publication of the project procurement announcement, and the deadline for registration is until2025Year5Moon23Day. No more registrations will be accepted after the deadline.

2. Materials must be submitted for registration

Power of attorney for legal representative, identification documents of legal representative and authorized persons, business license, qualification certificates, performance evidence within 3 years (construction contracts and acceptance reports), “Quotation Unit Information Form”, financial audit report for the past 2 years, and details of social security contributions for enterprise employees in the past half year (including individual contribution details of the legal person, authorized persons, and project leaders to be assigned), all of these documents are scanned copies stamped with the official seal.

6. Payment of the quotation deposit

When registering, a copy of the electronic receipt for the deposit must be provided.

(1) Quotation deposit amount: 20,000 RMB in full. After passing the pre-qualification, the deposit must be transferred via bank transfer to the Party A’s designated account within 24 hours. Five working days after the selected unit is confirmed, the deposit of the non-selected unit will be refunded without interest. After the contract is signed, the deposit of the selected unit will be directly converted into a performance guarantee, and it will be refunded without interest after the project is accepted.

(2) The quotation deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:
