Hisicor Pharmaceutical (Meishan) Co., Ltd.201Upgrade Project for Workshop Synthesis Room 1, Synthesis Room 2, and Clean AreaThe conditions for procurement are now in place. A public procurement process will be carried out for this project. The relevant details are announced as follows:

1. Project Overview and Procurement Scope

(1) Location of construction:No. 53, South Section of Shunjiang Avenue, East Zone, Economic Development Area, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, 028-38498358.

(2) Project scope: Removal of existing equipment and facilities, new steel platform, equipment, materials, and utility pipeline systemInstallation, installation of automatic control systems, and installation of auxiliary facilities.

(3) Project duration: According to the later requirements of Party A.

(4) Procurement scope: Construction shall be carried out according to the drawings and requirements provided by Party A (including equipment layout diagrams, steel platforms, process pipelines, electrical systems, automatic control installations, and related drawings and requirements).

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) This procurement requires suppliers to have an independent corporate legal status, a third-level or higher qualification in mechanical and electrical installation engineering contracting, and corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding.

(2) This purchase does not accept joint bids or affiliated entities.

(3) Deadline for procurement registration: It closes within 7 days from the date of publication in the procurement announcement website.

3. This project uses a pre-qualification process. Qualification review is conducted during registration. Supplier documents will be sent to the approved construction units via email.

4. Materials must be submitted for registration:

Power of attorney for legal representative, identification of legal representative and authorized agent, business license, qualification certificates, and recent information of the enterprise2Annual financial audit report, social security payment details for the past six months, performance proof materials (contracts and acceptance reports), and the "Purchase Application Unit Information Form" are included in the attachments. All of these documents are scanned copies with official seals.

6. Purchase guarantee deposit

(1) Amount of purchase guarantee deposit: RMBTwoTen thousand yuan total (Within 24 hours after passing the pre-qualification, the purchase deposit must be transferred via bank transfer to the designated account of Party A; after the buyer and the selected supplier sign the contract)5The purchase deposit of the non-winner will be refunded without interest within working days, and the purchase deposit of the winner will automatically convert into a performance deposit.

(2) Payment method for the procurement guarantee: bank transfer between public entities.

(3) The deposit for procurement orders shall not be refunded under the following circumstances:

1) Before the deadline for submitting procurement documents and before the expiration of the competition period specified in the procurement documents, if a supplier withdraws, supplements, modifies, or replaces its documents;

2) Those who did not attend the procurement meeting on the date notified by Party A;

3) After the selection notice is issued, if the selected candidate abandons the selected item without proper reason and does not sign a contract with the purchaser, does not comply with the requirements of the procurement documents, supplier documents, and selection notice to sign a contract with the purchaser, sets additional conditions or alters the substantive content of the contract when signing the contract, or refuses to submit the required performance bond;

4) Suppliers who are found to have engaged in collusion with purchasers, fraud, or impersonation during the procurement process;

5) If the supplier commits a breach or is accused or reported, the deposit will not be refunded during the investigation and handling period, and will be processed according to relevant regulations after the investigation is completed;

6) Other circumstances where refunds are not permitted according to laws and regulations.

7. The selection method for this project: comprehensive evaluation method, selected with a reasonable low price.

8. Procurement time: Subject to the time notified by Party A.
